In the heart of Normandy, 40 minutes from Cherbourg and 1 hour from Mont Saint-Michel, come and spend your holidays by the sea, in a village surrounded by nature.

Program

The courses will begin on Saturday July 20, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.

6:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. Ken (on the beach)

9h30 - 12h30 Aikido

4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Iai (Ryushin Shouchi Ryu)

5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Ken

6.15 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Ken/iai (Muso Shinden Ryu)

The week program:

Grading examination of iai FEI and AIKIKAI will be organize during the internship.

Candidates must have taken part in the entire SHIZENGEIKO course and must register in advance.

The courses will end on Saturday July 27, 2024
